Scheduling & access
Please make sure safe access to the work area is available. Times quoted are estimates and depend on traffic and current jobs.
Materials & parts
Where parts or materials are needed, we tell you the cost before purchasing. You may supply your own materials where suitable.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the agreed work unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods are cash, bank transfer and DuitNow.
Workmanship warranty
A workmanship warranty may be provided by the assigned contractor and will be confirmed before the job starts. It does not cover unrelated pre-existing faults or misuse.
Liability
We take care of your home and protect the work area. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
